Jeremy Goodson has progressed as a financial executive for young growing Tech companies spanning 10 years. Positions included Controller, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer. Jeremy has been a resident of Clark County since graduating from Concordia University in 1995. He resides in the Green Meadows golf course neighborhood with his wife Judy, 14 year old daughter Emily, and 10 year old son Luke. Jeremy enjoys many sports with his family including, but not limited to: golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, weight training, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, and volunteering as a little league baseball coach.
Judy Goodson
Judy oversees several areas of Goodson Properties. As office administrator, she manages the bookkeeping and keeps the business organized and running smoothly. She serves as marketing specialist; helping to produce high quality print media and online advertising. Judy also offers professional, cost effective staging services to home sellers. Her staging talents have significantly contributed to many successful real estate sales.
Judy graduated cum laude from Concordia University in 1993 with a BA in Education and a double minor in Art & Missions. She has been a first grade classroom teacher as well as an Art Specialist for grades one through eight. In 2003, Judy created and developed an art curriculum for the Battle Ground school district in Washington. The program was primarily used at Chief Umtuch primary school in Kindergarten through second grade. For the last five years, Judy has been volunteer teaching Art at her children's school in Vancouver, Washington.
In her spare time, Judy enjoys documenting her children's lives through scrapbooking, decorating, volunteering at church and her children's school, and spending time with her husband and children – often at the gym.
Greg Sprowls
Greg is a Southern California native where he learned to fly at an early age. He earned his BS degree in Human Resource Management from Cal State Northridge, with a minor in accounting. He has also worked as an airline pilot for Delta Airlines the past 20 years.
He has been a Vancouver resident sine 1999, married for 25 years to Claire, and has two wonderful daughters who enjoy singing, piano, sports and performing at the local children’s theater.
In between helping people find or list their property, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, riding bikes, roller skating, wave running, fishing and tending their garden.
